Homelab backup
Homelab backup is a private tool. It makes backup copies of its owner's own Google data and keeps them encrypted, on the owner's own computers and in the owner's own Google Drive. One person uses it, its owner; it is not offered to anyone else.
What it uses
- Gmail, read only: to read the owner's messages so that a backup copy can be made.
- Google Drive, only the files this tool creates: to store the encrypted backup copies.
It does not send email and does not change or delete anything in Gmail. In Google Drive it only creates, replaces and removes its own backup files. It shares nothing with anyone.
